Bruce Finnamore

Bruce has spent thirty years in health services management in both the public and private sectors. Originally a National Management Trainee in the NHS, he spent four years at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, was Chief Executive of a private hospital in central London and was then recruited by an international firm of management consultants.

He has been a health care management consultant for more than twenty years, the last seventeen of which have been with Finnamore Management Consultants which he founded in 1991, and of which he is Executive Chairman. Bruce has completed the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School, focusing on strategic change and innovation.

His main areas of interest are strategic change and organisational development within the health and social care sectors. He has worked extensively with Foundation Trusts, including co-founding the Foundation Trust Network.

Bruce is known for his excellent facilitation skills and is highly experienced in working in sensitive and political environments
